Hi, I’m Kirsten! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in both mental health and emergency medicine. I’ve worked across multiple levels of care, which allows me to support individuals navigating everything from acute mental health challenges to long-term emotional wellness.
I believe in treating the whole person. Your mental health is deeply connected to your life experiences, relationships, stressors, physical health, and goals, and I take all of that into account when creating a treatment plan. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. You are the expert on your own life, and we’ll work together to build a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and sustainable.
I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, or simply looking for support, my goal is to help you feel better consistently, not just during appointments, but in your everyday life. I focus on long-term improvement and building skills and strategies that support lasting change.
My favorite treatment is laughter. While we’ll do meaningful, important work together, I believe that healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Expect empathy, honesty, and the occasional bad joke along the way. We’ll work toward feeling better for the long run, together.
